The terms for using LEELA, the shop software by SQUALAS Solutions Private Limited. LEELA is a service of SQUALAS Solutions Private Limited.

Your merchant account

Provide accurate business and contact information, verify ownership and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the staff and integrations you authorize.

Trial and billing

New eligible merchants receive one 30-day core commerce trial. Pricing is shown from the billing system. Service may be restricted after expiry; recurring payment authorization, if offered, is a separate action. Existing trial dates are not extended by registering again.

Your business responsibilities

You are responsible for your products, content, customer commitments, taxes, fulfilment and lawful use of the service. Do not upload malicious content, access another tenant, abuse messaging or misrepresent products.

Connected providers and AI

Payment, shipping and messaging providers have their own configuration requirements and terms. AI outputs can be incorrect and should be reviewed before important business decisions.

Account closure and support

Merchant Admin provides available export and account-closure tools. Contact your deployment operator about billing disputes, service availability and contractual details. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Policy versions

Required acceptance is recorded with the policy version and server timestamp. Material future changes should be communicated before obtaining new acceptance.
