How to ask LEELA to delete your data, including your WhatsApp messages. LEELA is a service of SQUALAS Solutions Private Limited.

What you can ask us to delete

Your WhatsApp messages with shops that use LEELA, your WhatsApp number and profile name, and the customer details (name, address, saved carts) held for those shops. If you have a LEELA shop account, you can also ask us to delete the whole account and its data.

How to ask

Write to support@leela360.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the WhatsApp number (or email address) the request is about and, if you know it, the name of the shop. To protect you, we confirm the request with that number or email address before we delete anything.

What happens next

We delete or anonymise the data and reply by email when it is done, normally within 30 days. Order and invoice records that the law requires a business to keep are kept for as long as the law requires, and then deleted.

Shop owners

A shop owner can close the shop's LEELA account from Merchant Admin or by writing to support@leela360.com; the shop's data, including its WhatsApp conversations, is then deleted, except the records the law requires us to keep.
